Policy

1. Modifying the color of any structure on a Lot is prohibited without written Board approval. Owners must submit a written request to the Architectural Review Board to receive approval.

2. Structures on the lot must be painted in the same manner, using the same brand and color paint. Siding and trim from one structure must be the exact same on all Lot structures. Colors must be neutral, and confirm with others in VAC. Must conform with the architectural style of VAC. No more than two paint colors on one home.

Some of the colors that will be more LIKELY be approved are Beiges / Tans / Light to Medium Gray / White and Off White. Colors outside of these colors will be approved or declined on a case by case basis.

Homes that are painted prior to February 2024 will be grandfathered out of this rule until the homeowner decides to change the color of the paint on their home or shed. At that time they will have to conform to this policy.
