The color of the roofing material chosen should be neutral and blend in with the rest of the community. Care should be taken not to over-emphasize the roof.
The same color must be carried across the entire roof. The entire roof must be only one color.
No patterns, letters, numbers, characters can be built into the shingle design. You cannot put your house number, for example, on your roof.
Metal roofing in the following styles shall be approved within the limits defined in the Deed Restrictions, i.e.: roofing made to look like asphalt shingles, wood shakes, slate or tile.
